| It's 2 am and I'm watching Masters and Comnanders. I love this movie. While I've enjoyed this trip I've come to the conclusion that I am not a cruising type person. This is a great idea for family vacations, truly. Especially because everything is all-inclusive. We are headed back up the coast to arrive early Monday morning. I have loved having my mother and stepdad with us on this trip. I love being with my mother. |

| I'm on a cruise ship with my family headed to Cabo San Lucas and we'll arrive in the morning. They say you can't really feel these ships moving but I can feel it allright. Back and forth. This thing is 12 stories high and I can still feel it. I took a long nap today so I'm up in the karaoke lounge where they have internet access. Someone is singing "I Want You To Want Me" and it's AWFUl. I sang earlier the song "Fever' after being dared by my mom. It was actually kind of fun. Oh my gosh, now someone's singing the BeeGee's and he sounds like a bad Andy Gibb impersonator. Wow. lol. This is nuts. Make it stop! This place is all about food. Buffets everywhere. I'm not a big eater. I'm excited about McCain's announcement. I like his running mate, and am more excited about his candidacy now. |

| Kids are so funny. I love the age Ari is at right now because she comes out with the craziest things. Tonight we had to stop by Kaiser so I could pick up a prescription. As we walked along the sidewalk area into the Kaiser Center I noticed she was walking kind of funny, taking a large step here and a small step there, dodging areas, as if she was avoiding something. So I asked her, "Arianna, what are you doing?" and she said, "I'm trying not to break your back". (I guess she heard the rhyme "step on a crack break your mothers back")
So then we're sitting at the pharmacy waiting for my prescription to be filled and I had her on my lap and I was kissing her big cheeks. And I told her, "your cheeks were made for kissing" to which she happily replied, "and my nose was made for picking".
Have a great night everybody! |

| I haven't been blogging much lately; mostly because I haven't had much to blog about. Things have been very busy at the church and I have been staying very occupied with work. This is usually the time of year when things start slowing down. This has not been the case this year; it's as busy as ever. We're going to Dallas on Friday afternoon to see my mom. Hope everyone has a fabulous week. |
